Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using Agent Bee, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent and that you accept these terms in full.
Using Agent Bee
Agent Bee lets you configure an AI agent to handle customer conversations on WhatsApp, capture leads and bookings, and manage a lightweight CRM. You are responsible for the content and configuration of your agent.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your passkeys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Agent Bee to send unsolicited messages, distribute unlawful content, or otherwise misuse the WhatsApp Business platform in a way that violates Meta’s own policies.
WhatsApp and third-party terms
Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Agent Bee is also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms. We act as a technology partner facilitating that connection.
Payments and subscriptions
Publishing your agent to a live WhatsApp number requires an active subscription. Billing details and cycles are described at checkout and in your billing history.
Termination
You may stop using Agent Bee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Agent Bee after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
